The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing a smooth check-in even at 1 am. After initially receiving a room with minimal space, they promptly moved us to a more spacious room with a kitchenette, which was perfect for our 8-night stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly caught fish that was simply delicious. However, some staff members weren't adhering to mask guidelines, which raised concerns about safety during our visit.

The noise levels were unbearable, especially from the rooftop bar, which kept me and other guests awake until the early morning hours. The breakfast options were disappointing, lacking variety and flavor, and the staff seemed more interested in tips than service. Additionally, I experienced issues with room cleanliness, which added to my discomfort.

Check-in was a breeze, and my new room had a kitchenette—perfect for our 8-night family stay. Plus, it was spacious enough for our family chaos!
